Timed-entry reservation First come, first served (all expo dates are available from the start). There are 7 time slots (09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 17:00); you may enter any time after your reserved slot. Date/time changes for 1-day tickets are limited to 3 times. Convenience store tickets Paper tickets with a timed-entry slot are sold at セブン-イレブン・ローソン・ファミリーマート (Seven-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart). No online reservation is needed; the time slot is fixed at 09:30. To change the date/time, register the ticket ID on the official ticket site. Sep 2 press / Official FAQ
On-site viewing reservation 来場当日のみ予約可（会場に入る前でも可）・チケット1枚につき1日1回1展示・枠は1日3回に分けて開放（対象施設は未発表） (same-day only, 1 exhibit per ticket per day). Slots are released at 08:00, at 11:30, at 16:30. Cancel up to 15 minutes before your slot via My Tickets (otherwise it counts as used). Aug 27 press / Official FAQ
4-station shuttle bus Advance reservation required (adult ¥200 / child ¥100; Up to 2 preschool children ride free per accompanying adult (child fare from the 3rd)). Up to 1 trip each way per day, max 40 people per booking. Bookings made 181+ days before your ride become "provisional" — you must pay between 180 and 31 days before the ride (auto-cancelled if unpaid). Credit card payment (QR payment planned but not for provisional bookings). The booking system uses a separate account from the ticket site. Free cancellation until 5:00 PM the day before; 50% fee after that until 5 min before boarding; no cancellation after that. Buses run 08:30–22:30. Parking Advance reservation and payment required. Cars: weekday ¥5,000 / weekend & holidays ¥7,000 (accessible: ¥2,500 / ¥3,500), motorcycle ¥2,000. Free cancellation until the day before; no same-day cancellation or refund. You can only change the license plate number and passenger count; to change date/time/lot, cancel and rebook. Park & Ride Available only on the 19 official peak days. Advance reservation required. Cars: ¥3,000. Official access page
Ticket validity Early-bird 1-day tickets (adult ¥4,900) are available until 2027/03/18. Regular price (adult ¥5,500) applies during the expo. Night tickets are sold only during the expo for entry from 17:00. Summer passes allow unlimited entry Jul 1–Aug 31. Ticket system (3rd ed.)

Official "Peak Days" — 19 days

These are the days designated as peak days on the official access page (checked 2026/10/04). The official estimate is approx. 105,000 visitors per day. Park & Ride is available only on these days. Most overlap with Japan's Golden Week (late April–early May), Obon (mid-August), and three-day weekends.

The most reliable way is the official ticket site — you can see monthly availability without logging in. This site does not fetch or display live availability, in accordance with the official ticket site's terms of service (Article 4: prohibition on commercial use of information obtained from the site).
