Key things to know before you book

There are 3 separate booking sites, each with its own account: entry via the official ticket site, shuttle bus via the shuttle bus booking site, and parking via the parking reservation site. Booking your entry does NOT reserve a shuttle seat or parking spot.
Watch out for "provisional" shuttle bookings: if you book more than 181 days before your ride, it becomes a provisional booking that auto-cancels unless you pay within 180–31 days. Use the Visit Planner to check the exact payment deadline.
Date changes are limited to 3 times for 1-day tickets (season pass and summer pass: unlimited). Convenience store tickets come with a fixed 9:30 AM time slot; night tickets are fixed at 5:00 PM.

How to check availability

The most reliable source is the official site: on the official ticket site, you can see monthly availability (calendar view) without logging in. Select a date to check availability by time slot; you'll need to log in to actually book.
For an at-a-glance overview: community-made dashboards are helpful. For entry reservations, try expo.pengu.info or tak-expo shuttle info. For shuttle bus seats, see expo.pengu.info/shuttle-bus.
To narrow down candidate dates: use the Crowd Forecast Calendar to find less crowded days, then the Visit Planner to check booking and cancellation deadlines.

This site does not fetch or display live availability from the official ticket site, in accordance with its terms of service (Article 4: prohibition on commercial use of information obtained from the site). Community dashboards show data as of their last update; the official site is always the authoritative source.

Use with care Scripts that run on the official ticket site

These scripts run inside the official ticket site while you are logged in. They can access your name, photo, ticket ID, and QR code on the screen. Some may auto-update. Use them only if you trust the author, and at your own risk.

Privacy-masking scripts only replace what's displayed — the dummy QR won't work for entry. Always restore the original display before entering the venue. Depending on how you use these tools, the official terms of service may lead to account restrictions or ticket invalidation.

Tools we do NOT list

We do not list the following types of tools. They risk disrupting the official booking system, may violate terms of service (leading to account restrictions or ticket invalidation), and can undermine fair access for other visitors.

Tools that automate booking steps (filling in dates, navigating screens — even if the final "confirm" is manual)
Tools that auto-refresh or auto-scrape the official site at short intervals, or auto-rebook (booking bots)
Resale helpers or booking-on-behalf services
Paid products (we cannot verify their contents)

Staying safe

Only enter your ID, password, or card details on the 3 official booking sites (ticket.expo2027yokohama.or.jp / cs.shuttle-bus.expo2027yokohama.or.jp / parking-reserve.expo2027yokohama.or.jp)
Before installing any browser script or extension, check the author and update history. Remove it when you no longer need it
Resale and transfer to non-specified persons are prohibited under the official terms. Season pass and summer pass require a registered face photo and are non-transferable
When in doubt, trust the official site over any tool. Contact the Ticket Sales Center at 0570-01-8789 (weekdays 10:00–17:00 JST, Japanese only)
